MOORE, BERTHA "POLLY" Age 92 passed away on Saturday 7-13-13 Survivors include her son Barry E. Moore ( Patricia ) her Daughter Jill Dunn ( Jack ) , Grandson Mark P. Dunn ( Kimberly ) Brother - Cecil Graham and also survived by a special Niece and Nephews She was of the Baptist Faith and was a Beloved Wife , Mother , and NaNa . She was preceded in death by her husband Earl Moore , her Parents Snow and Kathleen Graham , 3 Brothers Ardis , Robert , and Bill Graham and also a Sister Colleen Wiygul . Graveside services will be held on Tuesday 7-16-13 at 11:30 am at Bivens Chapel Cemetery with visitation from 10 am til 11 am Tuesday at Bell Funeral Home in Forestdale .
