Beverly L. Chappell age 80 of Birmingham, passed away on Monday, March 25, 2019.  She is preceded in death by her Parents, Mr. & Mrs. Eldridge Leonard and her Spouse, John Chappell.  She is survived by her Brothers Carter Leonard (Juanita), Henry Leonard (Jan); Sons, Johnny Chappell (Dina), Kerry Chappell (Wendy); Grandchildren, Ashley Turner (Trent), Logan Chappell, Candace Vaughn (Jacob), Chris Blakey and Chase Blakey; Great Grandchildren, Callie Turner, Molly Turner, Heidi Turner, Lacey Turner, Brynnen Vaughn, Braelyn Vaughn, Camilla Vaughn and Charlotte Vaughn.  Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 28 ^th at Bell Forestdale Chapel with burial to follow at Crestview Memorial Gardens.  Rev. Herman Pair will be officiating.  Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 27 ^th from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Bell Forestdale Chapel.  In lieu of flowers family request donations may be made to Sandusky First Baptist Church at 1125 Haven Drive, Birmingham, Al 35214
