Obituary

Brian David Bush, 48, of Crumly Chapel, went to be with the Lord on November 26, 2024. Brian was a beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew and cousin and a good friend to many. He was handy and resourceful and could fix most things despite not having much formal training. He loved animals and they gravitated to him; he always seemed to be their favorite person. Although Brian had made some decisions in his life that led him down a difficult path, he never lost his love for the Lord, tender heart, empathy and kindness for those in need, and his ability to forgive. He was a loving son, who helped care for his father, David, during his battle with cancer and after his passing, took over all of the responsibilities around the house for his mother. Those who really knew him, know what a sweet spirit he had. Brian will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Brian was preceded in death by his Father, Horace David Bush, Jr.; grandparents Horace David Bush, Sr., Evelyne Leonard Bush, Charles Thomas, and Eleanor Wilson Thomas.

Brian is survived by his Mother, Suzanne Thomas Bush; Sister, Melissa Bush Hallmark (Brad); Nephew, Hunter Hallmark; Niece, Caroline Hallmark; Aunts, Glenda Bush Hill, Laura Thomas Harvey (James); Uncle, Timothy Thomas (Sharon); and many cousins and great cousins.
