Obituary

Carol Brymer Brooks, was born on August 31, 1955 and passed away on October 03, 2026 at the age of 71.

To know Carol was to know a love that was unconditional, a heart that was generous, and a presence that made you feel at home. She was the kind of mother who loved fiercely, gave endlessly, and always put the people she loved before herself. Her family was her greatest joy and her proudest accomplishment was being Granna to her grandchildren.

Carol had a way of making the people around her feel loved and cared for. Whether through a warm hug, a listening ear, a comforting word, or simply being there when we needed her, she was our safe place. She taught us by the way she lived-to love deeply, to be strong, to cherish our family, and to never take the people we love for granted.

She will be forever cherished by her Husband of 44 years; Leslie Brooks; Children; Allison (Matthew) White and Kyle (Jessica) Brooks. Grandchildren; Raegan Brooks, Alivia White and Maddox Brooks. Brother in law; Bobby Jones. Sister in law; Charleen (Jeff) Bunn, and all of the family and friends whose lives she touched including her nieces; Bailey Washington, Jennifer Harper, Lauren Gordon, and Katie Morrow and Special Friends; Rodney and Peggy Parker and Michael and Rebecca Rice.

Each of us carries a piece of her with us, and her love will continue to live on through the family she so dearly loved.

Carol is proceeded in death by her parents; Talmadge and Jimmie Brymer. In Laws; Charles and Lurleen Brooks, and her Sister; Jan Jones.

There will never be enough words to describe how much she meant to us. We will miss her voice, her laughter, her hugs, her advice, and all the little things that made her simply Mom. The emptiness she leaves behind is immeasurable, but so is the love she gave us. Although our hearts are broken, we are grateful for every moment, every memory, every lesson, and every bit of love she gave us. We find comfort knowing that her beautiful spirit will live on in all of us. Mom, thank you for loving us so completely.

We love you more than words could ever say. Thank you for being our mother, our comfort, our strength, and our home. We will carry you in our hearts for the rest of our lives. Until we meet again, Mom.
