Summerlin, Charlie Frank "Pinky", 75 of Corner went to be with the Lord on February 11, 2014. Pinky retired from L&N/CSX Railroad in 2000 with 44 years of service. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years Anita Shiflett Summerlin; daughters, Joy S. Gross (Ken), Gena S. Hudson (David), Tina S. Gober; son, Charlie H. Summerlin; brothers, Lee R. Summerlin (Christie), Bob "Bro" Summerlin (Pam); sisters, Dixie Kuykendall (late-Robert), Ginger Whitworth (Heath), Cyndi Calhoun (Chuck); ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 15th at Bell Forestdale Chapel with burial to follow at Midway Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday from 12:00 - 2:00 p.m. Bell Funeral Home Forestdale directing.
