Cinnia Lyn Glaze age 27 passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2020.

She was preceded in death by her Father, Clifford "Len" Glaze and Brother, Raymond Fries.

She is survived by her Mom, Amy glaze; Partner, Clay Englebert; Children, Jayden Nelson, Lilly Nelson and Katie Glaze; Brothers, Matt Fries, Harvey Jones, David Lavinghouse; sisters, Eva Jones, Krystle Jones; Aunts Katie Lee (Pyong), Sherry Wells; Uncle, Herbert Glaze (Jane Wilson); Numerous Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, January 20 ^th at Bell Forestdale Chapel.  Visitation will be on Monday from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
