Cynthia K. Burr, of Birmingham, Al, was born May 5, 1958 and passed away on September 14, 2026.

Cynthia will be remembered as a woman who found joy in the outdoors and in the people she loved most. She loved hunting, fishing, camping, and simply being outside, embracing the natural world with an enthusiasm that shaped the way she lived. Just as deeply, she loved her family and treasured spending time with her son and grandsons, whose presence brought her lasting happiness.

At the heart of Cynthia’s life was her devotion to those she held dear. She is survived by her son, Eric Burr, and by her grandsons, Isaac Burr, Isaiah Burr, and Ian Burr. She also leaves behind her brothers, Greg Kelton and Steve Kelton. In each of them, her memory will continue—in shared stories, in time spent together, and in the enduring love of family.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 50 years, Ronald Burr  as well as Riley Kelton and Joyce Kelton. 

Services for Cynthia will be Friday, September 18, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. in the Bell Funeral Home Forestdale Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Bivens Chapel Cemetery in Brookside, Al. Rev. Guy Moore will be officiating and Bell Funeral Home- Forestdale will be directing.
