Dalton Russell Harris, age 30, passed away at his residence.

He is survived by his loving wife, Shannon Jade Marie Harris; his daughter, Aspen James Kay Harris; his mother, Veronica Leigh Frye Harris; his father, Rusty Harris; his sisters, Cheyenne Taylor Hoffman and  Annabelle Grace Hoffman,  his grandmother, Dorothy Sue Payne Frye Tucker; as well as a host of other relatives, and many friends.

Dalton was preceded in death by his grandfather, Sherman Frye; his aunt, Carla Penny; and his cousin, Riley Kay Penny.

Dalton was an avid Alabama and Green Bay fan who loved talking sports with his dad and sharing music with his mom. He cherished his daughter deeply and enjoyed spending time playing video games.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at Republic Baptist Church in Brookside with Bro. Guy Moore officiating. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon at the Church prior to the service. Burial will follow at Trussville City Cemetery.
