Cupps, David Alan age 57 of Birmingham, passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2013. He is preceded in death by his wife, Pamela K. Cupps; his son, Chris Cupps and his father, Howard Cupps. He is survived by his Mother, Betty Cupps; his Daughter, Allison Cupps; Brother, Bo Cupps (June); Sisters, Sue Lollar, Donna Terry (David), Sandy Bittle (Johnny); Grandchild, Zane Cupps; Several Nieces, Nephews, and a host of Friends and he was also survived by his Close Companion Buttercup. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a. m. on Monday, October 14th at Bell Forestdale Chapel with burial to follow at Midway Cemetery. Visitation will be on Sunday, October 13th from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at Bell Forestdale Chapel. Bell Funeral Home Forestdale directing.
