Wood, Donald A. age 90 of Forestdale, passed away on Friday, May 02, 2014. He was a Loving and Faithful Husband, Father, Grandfather, Great Grandfather and Friend. He was Retired from U. S. Steel; U. S. Army Veteran of World War II and was a Long-Time Member, Deacon and Sunday School Teacher of Antioch Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Wood. He is survived by Two Daughters, Thyra Martin (Ben), Nina Tuck; One Son, Donald Wood; Grandchildren, Frank Martin, Susan Andress, Brock Tuck, Logan Tuck and Great-Grandson, Braxton Tuck. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, May 5th at Bell Forestdale Chapel with burial to follow at Crumly Chapel Cemetery. Rev. Rick Moon will be officiating. Visitation will be on Sunday, May 4th from 5:00 - 7:00 at Bell Forestdale Chapel. Bell Funeral Home Forestdale directing.
