Doris Jean Monroe age 90 of Birmingham, passed away on Tuesday, March 20, 2018. She was preceded in death by her Husband, C. L. Monroe; Grandson, David Monroe and Chris Leatherwood; Brothers, Ralph Jones and Harry Jones and Sister, Dorothy Vogalla. She is survived by her Son, Howard Monroe; Grandson, Adam Monroe (Kristie); Great Grandchildren, Colby Monroe, Gracie Monroe, Mason Monroe and Nolan Monroe; and A Host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Other Relatives and Many Many Friends. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 23rd at Bell Forestdale Chapel with burial to follow at Bivens Chapel Cemetery. Rev. Sam Frazier and Rev. Glenn Keedy officiating. Visitation will be on Friday One Hour Prior to Service.
