White, Dorothy (Dot) Carroll age 94 of Forestdale, Alabama, was raised in Graysville. Born March 25, 1919 and went home to be with the Lord Tuesday July 30, 2013. Preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. (Buster) White. A beloved mother leaving to mourn sons Charles Larry White, wife Marie, James Michael White, wife Sheila. A doting grandmother of five grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, and many dear friends. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend of many, faithful servant of Pratt City Baptist Church and of Mulga Baptist Church. Besides the love she had for her family and church she loved to cook. She served many loved ones and her Lord and Saviour. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 2nd at Bell Forestdale Chapel with burial to follow at Bivens Chapel Cemetery. Rev. Crantford Hicks will be officiating.
