Dorothy Chasteen Dorsett was born March 8, 1947 and departed this life on August 4, 2023. She is preceded in death by her Husband, Weyman Thomas Dorsett and Parents, James T. & Vivian A. Chasteen She is survived by her Daughter, Michele Dorsett Perkins; her Son, Weyman Thomas Dorsett III (Elizabeth Ann Dorsett); Grandchildren, Carlie Perkins, Harrison Dorsett (Abby Dorsett), Coleman Dorsett; Great Grandchildren Emerie Cossey and Abel Perkins; Siblings; Barbara McMickens and James Chasteen (Melba) and a host of Family and Friends.

Graveside Service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 12th at Midway Cemetery.

Family Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Bell Forestdale Chapel. . Bro. Guy Moore will be officiating.

After the Graveside Service the family will be gathering at Midway United Methodist Church in the fellowship hall and you are invited to join them.
