Dorothy L. Mitchell age 81 of Birmingham, passed away on June 15, 2016. She is survived by son, Jerry Mitchell (Sheila); daughter, Donna Lightsey (Mark); grandchildren, Damon (Dana), Jerritt (Olivia), Corey and Emiley Lightsey, Nicholas (Rachael); five great-grandchildren, Emma, Camryn, Colby, Carter and Trenton and very good friend, Melvin Green. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 18th at 12:00 Noon at Woodland West Baptist Church , 3717 Old Jasper Hwy. Adamsville, Al 35005; with burial to follow at Crestview Memorial Gardens. Jerry Mitchell and Bro. Bill Wilson will be officiating. Visitation will be on Saturday One Hour Prior to Service. Bell Funeral Home Forestdale directing.
