Eleanor Juanita Creed Leonard age 86 of Birmingham, passed away on Friday, January 7, 2022. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Lucian Creed and Carrie Leatherwood Creed; Two Brothers; Three Sisters and Grandchild, Lauren Hawkins Vallely. She is survived by her Husband, Carter Leonard; Three Children, Cindy Vallely, Jeff Leonard and Tommy Leonard; Three Grandchildren, Keaton Vallely (Brittany), Luke Leonard and Anna Leonard; One Great Grandchild, Brody Hawkins and One on the way. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 11 ^th at Bell Forestdale Chapel with burial to follow at Crestview Memorial Gardens. Bro. Steve Potts and Bro. Jim Keighly will be officiating. Visitation will be on Tuesday One Hour Prior to Service.
