Evelyn "Yaya" Riddle Stewart, age 93, went to be with her Lord and Savior January 11, 2020.  She was preceded in death by her Husband J.C. Stewart; Parents, John and Aracy Riddle; Sisters, Mary Crumley, Johnye Armstrong and Mitzi Riddle; Brothers, H.L. and Gene Riddle.

She is survived by Sister, Jo Ann Johnson; Sister-in-law, Betty Riddle, Several Nieces and Nephews; Two Special Nieces, Marlene (JC) Carver and Jan (Jim) Slaughter were her Caregivers.  She was dearly loved by family and friends.

Celebration of life service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 15th at Edgewater Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Justice officiating.  Visitation will start at 10:00 a.m.  Interment at Elmwood Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Edgewater Baptist Church, 800 Galveston Street, Birmingham, AL  35224.
