Frances L. Abbott was born August 19, 1943 and departed this life on December 6, 2025. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Boyd & Margaret Whitley; Son, Edward Abbott; Daughter, Teresa Abbott; Grandson, Jason Underwoods; Great Grandchildren, Olivia and Christopher and Sister, Sue Boyd. She is survived by Son, Kenneth Abbott; Granddaughters, Britney West, Tara Miller, Ashlyn (Matt) Nilsen, Megan Gilbert and Shelby Higgins; Sister, Stella Kelley; Thirteen Great Grandchildren and One Great Great Grandchild and a host of Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral Service will be held at Bell Forestdale Chapel Thursday, Dec. 11th at 11:00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior to service. Ray Whittaker will be officiating.
