Frances Adell Hall Dixon age 94 of Birmingham, Alabama passed away peacefully on September 18, 2025. She was a loving and devoted daughter, sister, wife, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. She went to West End High School. She married Donald Dixon on December 20, 1952. They had a good life together for 58 years. Frances was preceded in death by her father Henry Brooks Hall and mother Willie Lewis Hanchey Hall, brother Leland Hall, husband Donald Dixon, son James Gordon Dixon. She is survived by her son Donald Curtis Dixon (Diane Dixon), grandsons, Corey Dixon (Kortney Dixon) and Brooks Dixon; great grandson James Dixon. She is a member of Bivens Chapel Global Methodist Church. She was an avid Alabama Crimson Tide fan and loved going to church at Bivens Chapel, hanging out with friends and relatives. She will be Greatly missed and Loved always.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 24th at Bell Forestdale Chapel with burial to follow at Elmwood Cemetery. Bro. Levi Smith will be officiating. Visitation will be on Wednesday, One Hour Prior to Service.
