George Milton Pody age 83 of Birmingham, passed away on Sunday, May 9, 2021.   He was born in Coosa County, Alabama; was U.S. Army Security Agency, Vietnam Veteran; had a BS Criminal Justice and was Employed U.S. Department of Justice & U S Department of Interior and Retired March 2002.

He was preceded in death by his Wife:  Anna M. Pody; Mother: Iris Vanorman; Father: George H. Pody and Sister: Gloria E. Jackson.

He is survived by Daughters:  Jennifer M. (Michael) Hooke and Kathleen M. Broce; Grandchildren: Isaac C. Broce and Aidan C. Hunter.

Memorial Visitation will be held from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 13th at Bell Forestdale Chapel.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alabama Sheriff Boys Ranch.
