Gregory Lynn Smith was born January 21, 1962 and departed this life on May 19, 2023. He was preceded in death by his Parents: A.G. & Norma Smith, Grandmother, Jeanette Johnson, Grandmother, Amy Smith, Brother, Gary Smith and Sister, Debbie Duke. He is survived by his Wife, Lori Salter Smith of Maytown; Daughter, Tawny Threatt (Jonathan) of Birmingham; Daughter, Michelle Burton of Fultondale; Son, Randall Smith of Maytown; Grandson, Connor Hensley of Gardendale; Grandson, Skyler Burton of Hueytown; Granddaughter, Makynli Threatt of Birmingham; Grandsons, Quentin Threatt, Caden Hooper and Makel Threatt of Birmingham; Brother, Terry Smith (Terri Lynn Weaver) of Birmingham; Sister, Renae Fleming of Birmingham and Special Son, Brian Burton of Hueytown.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 24th from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Bell Forestdale Chapel with Chapel Service beginning at 7:00 p.m.
