On December 8, 2021 our Sweet Mother Gwyneth (Polly) Williams went home to Jesus and to be with our Sweet Daddy. She was a member of Union Grove Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her Husband of 59 years, Ralph W. Williams; Parents, Guy & Martha Weeks and Brothers, Jimmie D. Weeks and Glender B. Weeks. She is survived by Two Daughters, Patricia Entrekin and Diann Busby (Danny); Four Grandchildren, Lisa Tolbert (Kelly), Christie Bowman (Brion), Jeremy Busby and David Busby (Ashley); Eight Great Grandchildren, Taylor Bowman (Shelby), Lauren Bowman (Steven), Seth Tolbert, Alyssa Busby, Sawyer Busby and Sutton Busby; One Sister-in-law, Joyce Weeks; One Nephew, Dee Weeks and A Host of Wonderful Neighbors and Friends. We want to Thank Comfort Care Hospice for their excellent care of Mother and especially Thank her Nurses, Jamie, Bragan, Aya, Stephanie and Charlene.

Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 13th at 1:00 p.m. from Bell Forestdale Chapel with burial to follow at Midway Cemetery.  Bro. Larry Neal will be officiating.  Visitation will be on Monday from 12:00 Noon until time of service.
