Infant Hayden Michael Alfano passed away on January 6, 2018.  He was preceded in death by his Grandfather, Jimmy E. Mathews.  He is survived by his Dad, Joseph M. Alfano; Mom, Jessi C. Mathews; Great Grandfather, Frank P. Alfano; Great Grandmother, Sara A. Alfano; Great Grandparents, George B. Wright and Lydia J. Wright; Great Grandmother, Wanda G. Bennett; Grandfather and Grandmother, Floyd J and Wendy R. Alfano; Grandmother, Christine W. Mathews; Uncle, John Alfano; Aunt, Elizabeth Alfano; Aunt, Megan Fergason; Aunt, Codi Bynum; Uncle, Randall Bynum; Uncle, Ian Mathews and Aunt, Shanna Mathews.  Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, January 9th at 11:00 a.m. at Bell Forestdale Chapel Visitation will be on Tuesday One Hour Prior to Service.
