Jacob Lee Farley age 15 of Dora, passed away on November 29, 2021.  He was preceded in death by his Grandfathers, Glenn McConnell and Gary Higgins.  He is survived by his Mother, Stephanie Mconnell Farley; Father, Phillip Farley; Grandparents, Sharon McConnell; Fred Sullins, Betty Sullins; Sisters, Cassie Farley and Ava Higgins; Uncles, Stephen McConnell and Eric McConnell; Grandfather, Phillip Farley, Sr. and Stepdad, Matthew Higgins.

Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 6th at Bell Forestdale Chapel with burial to follow at Midway Cemetery.  Bro. Charles Click will be officiating. Visitation will be on Monday from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.
