Mrs. Jacquelyn Sue Mann Bullard, 64, of Powder Springs, Georgia passed away Monday, December 12, 2016 at her home. She was born April 29, 1952 in Birmingham, Alabama, the daughter of the late Mr. Robert Jack Mann and the late Mrs. Mattie Lee Webb Mann Doss. She was a member of the Church on the Word. She retired as an Administrator having worked in the Developmental Authority and for the Douglas County Board of Commissioners. She is survived by her husband, James T. Bullard, Jr. of Powder Springs; daughter and son-in-law, Karin and Brett Booher of Marietta; son and daughter-in-law, Joshua and Shara Jenkins of Pensacola, FL; sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Leon Edmond of Phil Campbell, AL; eight grandchildren, Ryan, Taylor, Will, Nick, Carter, Sloan, Jett and Kira; four nieces, Sonia, Tonia, Jennifer, Kathleen; nephew, David D. Bullard, Jr.; two brothers-in-law, David B. Bullard and Daniel Lee Bullard. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville, Friday, December 16, 2016 from 5:30 PM until 7:00 PM . Funeral Services will be conducted Friday, December 16, 2016 at 7:00 PM at the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville with Pastor John C. Alexander officiating.
