James Edward Workman, Sr.'s Obituary
James Edward Workman, Sr. age 80 of Graysville, passed away on Saturday, March 24, 2018. Was a Retired Church of God Bishop of over 50 years. He pastored numerous churches all over southern Alabama and in Michigan. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Clida Sue (Hosch) Workman. Also his parents George Wesley Workman and Oma IRunyan) Workman, three siblings and Grandson, Wesley Alan Workman. He is survived by Sister, Lydia Dolan (Gene), Brothers, George Workman Jr. (Carolyn), Ralph Workman (Martha), Eugene Workman (Carolyn); Son, James Edward Workman, Jr. (Cassy); Son, Stephen Alan Workman (Roxanne); Daughter, Rebecca Sue Davis (Clark); Son, Daniel Eugene Workman (Denean); Daughter, Debra Elizabeth Hanlin (Pete); Grandchildren, Tara, Sean, Cullen, Danielle (Danny),Stephen Michael (Ashley), Allison (Thomas), Skylar (Brittany), Ashley, Alissa, Riley, Peyton, Noah, Pierce and Sara (Charlie); Great Grandchildren, Ava, Connor, Cody, Bradley, Daniel J., Ben and Ayden and Three Great Great Grandchildren.
Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 27th at Forestdale Church of God with burial to follow at Midway Cemetery. Pastor John Adams and Rev. Larry Martin officiating. Visitation will be at Forestdale Church of God One Hour Prior to Service on Tuesday.
