Jamie Lee Maddox was born August 7, 1977 and departed this life on November 17, 2025.

He is preceded in death by his Maternal Grandmother, Olga Frances Wilson; Grandparents, Bill and Margeret Maddox and Mother, Lisa V. Mullinex.

He is survived by Son, Jordan Dale Alexander (Mallory Alexander); Father, Davy (PeeWee) Maddox and

Three Grandchildren, Greyson, Major and Ivey.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 25th from 10:30 - 11:30 at Bell Forestdale Chapel with a Graveside Service to follow at 12:00 Noon at Midway Cemetery.
