Fultondale
Jeralyn Ann Meads Busby, 81 of lower Coalburg Fultondale, Alabama. Was called home by her Heavenly father on Sunday, January 25, 2026.
Jeralyn was the beloved matriarch of her family-a woman of grace, dignity and unwavering love. She was the heart and foundation of her family and thru them her legacy will live on for many generations to come.
As of the center of her families world, Jeralyn was truly one of our Lord's special creations, with her guiding light of strength and comfort. She was proud of her Cherokee Indian Heritage and nurtured everyone around her with "Nonnys" tightly squeezed hugs, Immense wisdom and her remarkable ability to make nearly everything with her hands, such as handmade clothing, ceramic pieces, crocheted sock monkeys and teddy baars (because she couldn't say bear).
The devotion she had for her family was deep, true and unconditional.
She will be deeply missed yet forever remembered in our hearts for the love she gave so freely and the warm that she brought into every life she touched.
Jeralyn is preceded in death by her Two Sons, Jeffery Allen Busby and Billy Edward Busby, Jr.; Parents, earl Meads & Ruby Ella Meads; Four Sisters, Edna Blackmon, Sherry Bice, Carmen Winham and Martha Jo Cole; Two Brothers, Donald and Vernon Meads.
