Jerry Joseph Patchen age 73 of Brookside passed away on November 26, 2018.  He is preceded in death by his Parents, John and Martha Patchen; Four Brothers, Bill, Andy, Michael "Fuzz", Matthew (Rabitt).  He is survived by his Wife, Ann Patchen of Brookside, AL.; Daughter, Susie Ledbetter (Sam) of Daphne, AL. ; Granddaughter, Brittany Hurley of Daphne, AL. ; Grandson, Joseph Hurley (Teresa) of Daphne, AL. ; Great Grandchildren, Heather and Lizzy Hurley of Daphne, AL. ; Sisters, Martha Trammell of Brookside, AL., Julie Ann Shifflet (Winston) of Adamsville, AL., Evelyn Ford (Gary) of Ms.; And a Host of Other Friends and Relatives.  Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Friday, November 30th at Bell Forestdale Chapel with burial to follow at Cardiff Cemetery.  Visitation will be on Thursday, November 29th from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Bell Forestdale Chapel.
