Jewel (Judy) Elizabeth Hayes, age 87 of Adamsville , passed away Thursday evening January, 18th 2024. Judy was born on April 16th 1936 in Adger, AL, then she moved to Adamsville, AL with the love of her life, her Husband (Wayne Ellis Hayes) and this is where she has resided since. Her lifelong hobbies were arranging flowers, painting, drawing, and cooking (Biscuits & Gravy and Dressing). Judy was the matriarch of the family, the best Mawmaw, mother, sister, and wife. She was a follower of Christ and a member of Brookside church of Christ. She was such a sweet soul. It is a true understatement of how much she will be missed. But for now, may you rest in peace in the arms of Jesus!

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Wayne, her daughter in law Candy, her grandson Blake her grandson in-law John and her brothers and sister.
Judy is survived by her sister Mary, daughters Wanda (O'Neal), and Tammy (Chris), her sons Alton and Greg (Rhonda). Her grandchildren Jimbo (JoAnna), Misty (Casey), Dawn (Johnny), Jesse (Becky), Brad  (Ashleigh), Brooke (Justin), Tiffany (Clay) and Chris. Her great grandchildren Ally, Jacob, Josie, Tyler, Brodie, Holden, Bruce, Cassie, Justin, Jarrett, Janna, Gabriel. Great great grandchildren Ben and Noah. And close friend Brice.
The visitation will be January 22nd at Bells Funeral at 10-11 for family, 11-1 for friends and service at 1. Procession to graveside for prayer at Prudes Creek Cemetery.
