Jimmie M. Brymer, age 91, of Dora, AL went to be with her Lord and Savior on January 14, 2023. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. She was a member at Kilgore Baptist Church where she held various roles within the church. Jimmie was her happiest when she was caring for others, holding babies, cooking, crocheting, or reading. She truly had a servant's heart that will be remembered by all who knew her.
Jimmie is preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 years, Talmadge Brymer; parents, Oscar Ray and Edna Mitchell Moody; and sister Doris M. Justice.
She is survived by her daughters Carol Brooks (Leslie), Jan Jones (Bobby); grandchildren Allison White (Matthew), Bailey Washington (Heath), Kyle Brooks (Jessica), and Jennifer Jones (Taylor Harper); great-grandchildren Delilah, Raegan, Grant, Alivia, and Maddox; brother Davie Ray Moody; sisters Ann Rice and Juanita Snow; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
Her family would like to extend a special, heartfelt thank you to Lakewood Senior Living of Jasper, AL, for their extraordinary care over the past few years.

Services will be held on Wednesday, January 18th at 2:00 p.m. at Bell Forestdale Chapel with burial to follow at Shanghi Cemetery.   Bro. Kerry Turner will be officiating.  Visitation will be held from 12:00 Noon until time of service.
