Jimmy Ray Melvin, Jr. age 54 of Adamsville, passed away on Thursday, July 12, 2018. He is preceded in death by his Wife, Nicole Renee Melvin and Father, Jimmy Ray Melvin. He is survived by his Mother, Mary Jo Melvin; Daughter, Jennifer Nicole Melvin; Son, Jimmy Ray Melvin, III; Daughter, Christen Michelle McCay (Jeffery); Sisters, Donna Jo Willis (Gary Willis); Regena Izzo (Michael Izzo); Niece, Beverly Willis; Nephews, Gary Willis, Zachary Izzo, Nicholas Izzo, Samuel Izzo, Adam Izzo and Great Nephew, Ezra Willis. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, July 16 ^th at Bell Forestdale Chapel with burial to follow at Village Falls Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from 12:00 Noon until service time.
