Fulton, Joan Terry. age 95 of Birmingham, passed away on Sunday, June 30, 2013. She was retired from the California Highway Patrol; was a World War II Veteran serving in the Army Air Corp. She is survived by Several Nieces, Nephews and a Host of Friends. Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3rd at Oakland Cemetery. Father Vernon Huguley will be officiating. Visitation will be at Bell Forestdale Chapel on Wednesday from 12:00 until 1:30. Bell Funeral Home Forestdale directing.
