Mr. John D. (Jack) Collier was born May 25, 1921 and departed this life on July 31, 2025 at the age of 104. He was a World War II Veteran.

He is survived by Daughter, Donna Snow (Davie); Son, John Collier (Pamela); Daughter, Paula Collier; Grandchildren, Mitch Moss (Michelle), Stephen Collier, Samuel Snow (Brittney), Kaitlyn Velazquez (Marcial), Lauren Collier (Matt Barbour), Andrew Snow; Great Grandchildren, Jacob Moss, Will Moss, Charlotte Collier, Rebecca Collier, River Snow, Opal Snow, Christian Snow, Joann Velazquez and John Barbour.

Preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Hazel T. Collier; Parents, Paul M. and Beulah D. Collier; Brothers, A.M. Collier, George Collier and Emmett Collier; Sister, Alice Paula Clark.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 2nd at Bell Forestdale Chapel with burial to follow at Crestview Memorial Gardens.  Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of service on Saturday. Bro. Mike Stevens will be officiating.
