Fulmer, John Carson, 64 of Birmingham passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2014. He was preceded in death by his father, Albert Fulmer, and his mother Ida James Fulmer. He is survived by his sister Sandra (Mike) Burr, and his two beloved cats Gracie and Blue; special friends Steve and Pat Alexander. John was a Christian and member of the Baptist faith. He was retired from the Alabama Department of Transportation. He was a member of the Graysville Gun Club, and loved Skeet and Sporting Clay Shooting. John was truly loved by family and friends and will be greatly missed. The family will receive friends at Bell Funeral Home Forestdale Chapel on Tuesday February 18th from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 19th at Bivens Chapel Cemetery. Rev. Doyle Creel will be officiating. Bell Funeral Home Forestdale directing.
