Johnny Ray Blevins age 31 of Mulga, passed away on March 8, 2018.  He is preceded in death by his Son, Judson Blevins.   He is survived by his Wife, Jerrin Short Blevins; Sons, Jonathan Blevins and Jaxson Blevins; Mother, Mary Carrol Blevins; Father, Joseph Blevins; Sisters, Kim Williamson and April Bragg; Mother-in-law, Karen Short; Sister-in-law, Miranda Lunsford; and a Host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.  Funeral Service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 13th at Bell Forestdale Chapel.  Visitation will be One Hour Prior to Service.
