Joseph William Tinker (Pappa Joe) was born on September 30, 1960 and passed into eternal life on September 10, 2021 at UAB Hospital due to covid complications at the age of 60. Joe is preceded in death by his father, Jackson Tinker; mother, Millie Ann Cail; mother-in-law, Patricia Click and daughter-in-law, Zandria Tinker. Joe is survived by his loving wife Monica Tinker of 40 years and is lovingly remembered by his father-in-law, Clayton Click; children, Jodarryl Tinker and Kayla Caradine (Jerry); grandchildren, Justin, Allie and Schylar; siblings, Jackie Tinker, Kim Cleveland, Karen Underwood, Jeff Tinker, Katrina Holland and Robert Freeman; as well as many other family members and friends. Joe spent most of his career working for Time Warner / Brighthouse Networks. He enjoyed working on cars, computers, and any new technology he could get his hands on. He was a big fan of racing and Alabama football.

Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 14 ^th at Bell Forestdale Chapel with burial to follow at Crestview Memorial Gardens.  Bro. Wade Peoples will be officiating. Visitation will be on Tuesday One Hour Prior to Service.
