Mrs. Imogene Isom Sloman, age 77, of Sylvan Springs, passed away on June 15, 2017. Imogene was a member of Maytown Baptist Church.  The Lord gifted her with a passion and talent for music and she served Him faithfully as a church pianist in area churches for over 60 years.    She is predeceased in death by her husband of 48 years, Jim Isom; her parents, Lonnie & Hazel Higgins; brothers, Howard Neyland Higgins and James Ronnie Higgins.  She is survived by her husband, Neal Sloman; daughters, Renee McAdams (Jeff), Rhonda Constance; son, Terry Isom (Traci); grandchildren, Taylor McAdams (Kaira), Kelsey Hallmark (Derek), Nicole Constance, Ryan Constance (Haley),  Jacob Isom and Jackson Isom; great-grandsons Colton & Logan McAdams; Sisters-in-law, Shirley Higgins and Linda Higgins; step-sons, Duane Sloman (Susan) and Dale Sloman (Pam); nieces, a nephew and cousins near and far.

Visitation will be Saturday, June 17, 2017, at Bell's Forestdale Chapel from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. with Dr. John Killian officiating.  Burial will follow at Crestview Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, family requests that donations be made in her memory to Maytown Baptist Church.
