Joyce Howard Blanton

Joyce Howard Blanton, 77, of Adamsville, Alabama, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, October 8, 2025.

Joyce was the wife of the late James Michael ("Mike") Blanton and the daughter of the late Vazell Howard. She is survived by her son Brian Shirley; daughter Alana R. Jones (Nate); stepdaughters Michelle Blanton Troup (Jock) and Carrie Blanton; and her beloved grandchildren Joshua Troup, Lana Jones, Jonah Troup, John Thomas Troup, Macy Troup, Eva Jones, Samuel Jones, and Joseph Jones.

A graveside service celebrating Joyce's life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, October 13, 2025, at Crestview Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Adamsville, Alabama. Family and friends are invited to gather and honor her memory.

Joyce's family takes comfort in knowing she is reunited with her loved ones in Heaven and is in her forever home with her Savior, Jesus Christ.
