Judith Fowler Howe age 71 of Birmingham, passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2019.  She is preceded in death by her Sister, Lori Ann Fowler; Mother, Bessie Lee Davis and Father, Samuel Arlis Fowler.

She is survived by her Husband, George H. Howe of Birmingham; Son, Andrew Howe of Birmingham; Daughter, Jennifer Howe of Bessemer; Sister, Kathy Brown of Concord; Sister, Jeanne Woodruff of Bremen; Brother, John Fowler of Sylvan Springs and Sister, Tina West.

Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 3 ^rd at Bell Forestdale Chapel with burial to follow at Midway Cemetery.  Visitation will be on Tuesday, from 12:00 Noon until time of service.
