Katherine L. Donovan age 70, passed away on Monday, February 12, 2018. She was preceded in death by her Husband, William Donovan; Grandson, Richard Koppie; Mom, Louise Franklin; Dad, Olin Franklin; brothers, Johnny and Sam Bruce. She is survived by Daughter, Kimberly Holland (Fiancé Chuck Hollis); Sons, Michael Riggins (Susan Riggins Wife), Harold Riggins (Denise Hepp Fiancé); 8 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 17th at Bell Forestdale Chapel with burial to follow at Forest Grove Memorial Gardens (Pleasant Grove). Visitation will be on Saturday One Hour Prior to Service.
