Kathy Diane Gaines Osmer age 57 of Adamsville, passed away on Monday, January 23, 2017. She was preceded in death by her Mother, Jimmie L. Nicholas Riley and Father, Charles Walter Gaines and Granddaughter, Mikayla Brooke Osmer. She is survived by her Husband, Michael Edward Osmer; Daughters, Brandy Mitchell, Ashley (Donald) Harmon; Son, Micheal (Jennifer) Osmer; Grandchildren, Ariel Francies Mitchell, James Michael Osmer, Braxton Edward Canterberry, Zoe Renee Osmer, Braden Edward Canterberry, Abbigail Marie Osmer, Lillian Grace Osmer, Evan Wayne Harmon, Gavin Nicholas and Brother, Kenneth Gaines. Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 26th at Bivens Chapel Cemetery. Bell Funeral Home Forestdale directing.
