Louie Allen Ragsdale "more commonly known as Buddy" he was born May 13, 1941 and passed away in his sleep early in the morning of May 16, 2025 at Gadsden Regional. He was preceded in death by his Mother, Martha Jane and Father, Willie Albert Ragsdale; his siblings, W O Ragsdale, Ralph Ragsdale, Bonnie Ragsdale and his daughter, Tammy Gurley. He is survived by his Son, Alan Ragsdale (Angela); Son-in-law, Durrell Shepherd; Four Grandsons, Joey, Bruice, Josh and DJ. Buddy was a welder by Trade spending over 20 years at Scriber before retiring. He loved his animals and gardening.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 24th at Bell Forestdale Chapel with burial to follow at Village Falls Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday from 10:00 am until time of service at 11:00.
