Margaret Katherine (Wright) Jefferson, age 74, of Fultondale, passed away on January 2, 2022. She is survived by her daughter, Kathryn Jefferson Bensko (John), her grandson, Jacob Alan Bensko of Brookside, and her ex-husband, Larry Charles Jefferson of Trussville. She was preceded in death by her parents, Girlos and Louise Wrigth; her son, Charles Alan Jefferson; and six siblings- Girlos Jr., Morris, Raburn, Claburn, Hazel and Rebecca. Memorialization will be made by cremation. Due to the ongoing Covid pandemic, no public service will be held at this time. Special thanks to the nurses and staff at North Hill Nursing Home for taking such good care of her for the past three years. She was a special person, loved by many, and will be greatly missed.
