DODD, MARGRETTE TESSENEER age 90 of Clanton, formerly of Forestdale, passed away on Tuesday, May 29, 2013. She was retired from Birmingham Sash and Door Company with thirty-five years of service, member of the Order of the Eastern Star and was well known for her delicious homemade bread, cakes, pies, candies and especially by her grandchildren for her chocolate chip cookies. She is preceded in death by her husband, Garvin Dodd; parents, L. H. and Nellie Tesseneer; three brothers, Cecil, Hubert, Jack and two sisters, Lorene and Juanita. She is survived by her Daughter, Nella Mullinax (Sammie); Grandchildren, Gilbert H. Abernathy (Vanessa), Herbert L. Abernathy (Lita), Larry Mullinax (Laurie), Mike Mullinax; Great -Grandchildren, Justin, Kalli, Kassidy, Hannah, Karson, Gabe, Rylee, Joseph, Amanda, Matt, Amber, Chelsea, Gage and Anna. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 30th at Bell Forestdale Chapel with burial following at Highland Memorial Gardens. Rick O''Brien officiating.
