Mary Maddox age 90 of Birmingham passed away on Friday, July 3, 2015. She was the Last Charter Member of Forestdale Baptist Church and worked tirelessly for 30 years at Forestdale Baptist School Daycare. She is survived by her Daughter, Donna Maddox and a Host of Friends. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7th at Bell Forestdale Chapel with burial to follow at Hillview Cemetery. Rev. Don Batson will be officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. Bell Funeral Home Forestdale directing.
