Max L. Whisonant, of Adamsville, Al, was born on July 9, 1938 and passed away on September 18, 2026, in Cullman, Al, at the age of 88 years old.

Max will be remembered with love by those who knew him and by the family who shared his life. He was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Sue Whisonant, and by his parents, Carl Whisonant and Era Burns Whisonant.

He is survived by his sons, Greg Whisonant and Blake Whisonant and his wife, Tiffany. He also leaves behind his grandchildren, Keira, Kaylee, Khloe, Karson, Brody, Asher, Ryker, and Ledger and a host of friends and family.

Funeral services for Max will be, Wednesday, September 23, 2026, 12:00 p.m., at Bell Funeral Home Forestdale Chapel. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Midway Cemetery following the service. Stetson Hayes will be officiating.
