Mildred Juanita Lewallen age 87 of Birmingham, passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2015. She was a Member of Crumly Chapel United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by her husband, Ray Lewallen. She is survived by Daughters, Rebecca Cox (Jerry), Dee Ann Lewallen, Deborah Carter (Brad); Sister, Edith Roy; Grandchildren, Kimberly Pleasant, Shannon Taylor, Cory Carter; Great-Grandchildren, Jacobi and Jaevon Pleasant, Aiden, Erik and Owen Taylor, Cherokee and Terra Carter. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, June 13th at Bell Forestdale Chapel with burial to follow at Highland Memorial Gardens. Rev. Lynn Dimon officiating. Visitation will be on Saturday One Hour Prior to Service.
