Paula Jean Spain age 79 of Adamsville passed away on Monday, April 29, 2019.  She was preceded in death by Father, Charles Crain; Mother, Virginia Paul Crain; Sister, Sara Pierce; Husband, Clement Spain and Nephews, Chuckie Wood and Larry Wood.  She is survived by Daughter, Donna Jean Spain of Adamsville; Son, Randall Lamar Spain (LuAnn) of Adamsville; Daughter, Tammy Sue Tsimpides (Danny) of Adamsville; Grandchildren, Laurie, Rod (Jennifer), Stephanie (Chris), Andrea (Brandon), Alex, Danielle (Kenny), Stephen, R.J. and Tori; Great Grandchildren, Jake, Lindsey, Clementine, Cole, Brody, Braylon, Braden, Addie, Charlotte and Selene; Great Great Grandchildren, Ethan and Roman; Sister, Carol Harris; Niece, Robin Harris and Nicole (Michael) Brenny ; Nephews, Terry (Cathy) Wood, David Wood and Chase Pierce and Great Nieces, Cheyvonne (Davide) Perezzi, Colleen Perry, Madison Brenny, Carolyn Wood, Mary Blakely Wood; Great Nephews, Nolan Brenny and Jackson Wood and Great Great Niece, Etacarinae Perezzi.  Funeral Service will be Private.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to: St Jude Foundation or World Wildlife Federation .
