Phillip James Topolski, age 73 died on December 27, 2020.He was born in Michigan City, Indiana to Helen and Stephen Topolski  He served as a Sergeant int he U S Air Force.  He resided in Birmingham, Alabama since 1974 and retired as an Electrician.  He is preceded in death by his Wife, Jan Sanford Topolski.  He is survived by Brother, Stephen J. (Jeannine) Topolski and Sister, Mary Ann (George) Plomb and Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Relatives and Friends.  Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, December 30th at 2:00 p.m. at Bivens Chapel Cemetery.
