MEADOWS, PHYLLIS ANN age 61 of Birmingham, passed away on Monday, September 2, 2013. She was a member of Sandusky First Baptist Church. She is survived by Her Brother, John Meadows (Mary Ann); Three Nieces, Cathy Burwell (Troy), Jennifer Meadows, Monica Lablanc also survived by Four Great Nieces, Four Great Nephews and a Host of Friends. Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 5th at Bell Forestdale Chapel with burial to follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens Trussville. Visitation will be on Thursday one hour prior to service. Rev. Jim Profetto will be officiating. Bell Funeral Home Forestdale directing.
